$9.95   Amazon.com: Many people believe that big companies and lousy customer telephone service go hand-in-hand. But as ABC News reports, getting ignored by such companies and feeling helpless might just be a thing of the past, thanks to the internet. A Comcast customer was surprised when the repairman that came to his house to fix his cable service fell asleep on his couch because, when the repairman tried calling Comcast, he spent an hour on hold. So the customer took video and posted it on his blog along with a list of his complaints about Comcast. Within days, this shot around the internet like a rocket, appearing on many video sites.
